At PTC, I advanced from architecting and coding complex server-side Java/RMI services to directly shaping how others built with them. As an Education Specialist, I co-developed and delivered a week-long advanced Windchill™ developer course, training both customers and internal consultants. I also mentored junior team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill growth alongside the rollout of enterprise-scale workflow and integration solutions.
PointClickCare – Knowledge Management Architect & Senior Developer (2009–2014)
At PointClickCare, I formalized the education and enablement of engineers and managers by leading the implementation of a corporate Learning Management System. I integrated enterprise information systems (JIRA, NetSuite) to strengthen knowledge flows, and as a Senior Java Developer I instilled best practices by creating test harnesses, characterization, integration, and unit tests. Alongside technical delivery, I mentored peers and guided cross-functional teams toward higher quality and scalability.
